Return & Refund Policy

We hope you love your purchase from INSPIRER HUB, including our WJY STUDIO pieces. If something isn’t right, please contact us at inspirerhub@outlook.com. For WJY STUDIO purchases, you may also contact wjystudio@outlook.com.

This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.

Online purchases and cancellations

For most online purchases, you have the right to notify us that you wish to cancel within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. If items from one order arrive separately, the cancellation period generally starts when you receive the last item.

After notifying us, you must send the goods back within a further 14 days. You do not need to wait for approval to exercise a statutory cancellation right, but please contact us for return instructions.

You may inspect items as you would reasonably do in a shop. Please return them with their tags, accessories, complimentary gifts and original packaging wherever possible. Missing packaging or removed tags do not automatically remove your statutory cancellation rights.

Where permitted by law, we may reduce your refund for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item’s nature, characteristics and functioning.

How to return an item

  • Email us with your order number, the items you wish to return and your request to cancel or return.
  • We will provide return instructions. Our currently listed return address is 129 Fulham Road, South Kensington, London SW3 6RT. Please confirm the address with us before posting.
  • Pack the items securely, including any accompanying accessories or gifts, and send them within the applicable return period.
  • Keep proof of postage. We recommend a tracked service and suitable insurance.

Return postage

You are responsible for the direct cost of returning a change-of-mind purchase, provided this was disclosed before you ordered.

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied, we will cover reasonable return costs. Contact us first so we can arrange a suitable return method.

Exceptions to change-of-mind cancellation

Statutory cancellation exceptions may apply to:

  • Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised, including qualifying custom-made or engraved items.
  • Sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, where the seal has been broken after delivery. This may apply to qualifying sealed earrings or piercing jewellery.

An item is not excluded simply because it is a standard phone case, a gift or discounted. These exceptions do not remove your rights where goods are faulty, not as described or otherwise fail to meet legal requirements.

In-store purchases

We do not offer change-of-mind refunds for purchases made in person. Please inspect items carefully before buying.

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or incorrectly described goods. Those rights are not limited to an exchange or credit note, or dependent on security tags remaining attached.

Refunds

For a valid statutory cancellation, we will refund you without undue delay and within the applicable legal deadline. We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back, whichever comes first. The refund will be made no later than 14 days after that point.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless another method is expressly agreed without additional charges. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to display the refund.

When you cancel an entire online order under your statutory rights, we will also refund the original standard delivery charge. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we do not have to refund the additional cost above our least expensive standard delivery option.

Sale and discounted items

Online sale items have the same statutory cancellation and faulty-goods rights as full-priced items.

Items discounted by 15% or more may be marked “Final Sale” for any additional, voluntary change-of-mind returns, including in-store purchases. This does not override statutory rights.

Gifts, packaging and accessories

Please return complimentary gifts and accessories supplied with the purchase where applicable.

We will not make automatic deductions simply because packaging is missing. Any deduction relating to missing items or diminished value must be lawful, proportionate and explained to you.

Free-delivery thresholds

We will not retrospectively charge delivery solely because a statutory cancellation reduces your order below a free-delivery threshold. Any adjustment under an additional voluntary returns arrangement must be disclosed in advance and permitted by law.

Expedited delivery and additional services

If you request expedited delivery or another additional service after ordering, we will explain the charge and obtain your agreement before arranging it.

Extra delivery charges are not automatically refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount described above. We will not impose a blanket cancellation penalty or automatically deduct “Fast Track” costs from your goods refund. Any charge for a separately requested service must comply with applicable consumer law, including any required consent to begin the service during the cancellation period.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please contact us as soon as possible if your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or incorrectly supplied. Include your order number and photographs where helpful.

We will provide the remedy required by applicable consumer law and cover reasonable return costs. For UK consumers, this may include the short-term right to reject qualifying faulty goods within 30 days, and rights to repair, replacement, a price reduction or a refund where applicable.

These rights are separate from the 14-day change-of-mind cancellation period.

Exchanges

For a change of size or style, contact us first. Subject to availability, the simplest option may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.

International customers

Mandatory consumer rights in your country may also apply. Nothing in this policy excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.
