Finding your fit
Sizes and measurements can vary between styles. Check the size information on the individual product page before choosing a size. Where a product lists measurements in centimetres, use those measurements as your main guide rather than relying on a letter size alone.
Clothing size conversion
Use this chart as a general starting point for women's clothing:

These conversions are approximate, not a guaranteed fit. Some items use different letter-size conversions. Always check the measurements and size notes on the individual product page before ordering.
How to measure
- Bust: Measure around the fullest part of your bust, keeping the tape level.
- Waist: Measure around your natural waist, without pulling the tape tight.
- Hips: Measure around the fullest part of your hips.
- Shoulder: Measure from the edge of one shoulder across the back to the other.
- Length: Compare the length listed on the product page with a similar garment you already own.
For coats, jackets, cardigans and other layers, compare the listed garment measurements with a similar item you own and allow room for the layers you plan to wear underneath. For dresses, skirts and outfit sets, check the bust, waist and hip measurements relevant to that style. If you are between sizes, consider whether you prefer a closer or more relaxed fit and check the item's cut and fabric information.
One-size items and belts
One-size does not mean the same fit for everyone. Check any dimensions and fit notes on the individual product page. For an adjustable belt, measure around the spot where you plan to wear it, whether at the waist or hips, and compare that measurement with the belt details on its product page.
Phone cases
Phone-case sizing is based on your phone model, not clothing size. Check the exact model in your phone settings and select the matching option on the product page. Pay particular attention to the standard, Pro and Pro Max versions, which are different sizes.
