Terms & Conditions for Exhibitor

Organiser: INSPIRER HUB
Exhibitor: Any party who present the brand or products or services
The Fee includes space renting for your space to display and sale your product.
The fee is a non-refundable and the booking is not allowed to transferred, sub-let.
How we sale?
Type A: Self Sales: the exhibitor provide the sales person, cashier, take care of own products. There is no commission.
Type B:Commission: the organiser provide sales (person), cashier, sales records. The commission is 20% of whole sales + 2% Bank Fee (This also including for the Self Sales Space while without sales persons.).
Cashier Transfer: if the exhibitor needs the organiser provide cashier / bank payment, the commission is 5% of the whole sales revenue. All Sales payout will be done within 7-21 working days after the event ends.
If needed, the Inventory Management: 180 Pounds
If the exhibitor are not able to come, the Exhibitor can send the inventory to the organiser, and the organiser can do Setup & Removal,Inventory Calculation Start & Finish, Transportation between London shop and storage for return
Brand & Product:The exhibitors are responsible for selecting and pricing of your own products during the event.
Brand: Exhibitor must own brand or has been pointed for manage this brand.
Product Copy right: Exhibitors are committed to sell only genuine products to customers on IN-HUB. Exhibitor must either own products copyright or or the product can not against any other products that has been registered copyright or commonly recognised products from other brands
Display: The exhibitors are responsible for display. You can display one category based on your proposal: fashion or accessory. But we do not allowed to mix different categories in one space, such as shoes jewellery cannot mix
Storage: Please make sure you have only one luggages to storage. We will charge the extra storage fee if you bring more.
Set up: No pin and stick are allowed to walls pillars or ceilings of the space.
Furniture:
If the exhibitors brings a rail, the rails cannot higher than over 180cm.
The organiser provides tables for jewellery, accessories and lifestyle.
No rubbish allows to leave at the exhibition space.
No eating allowed in the shop.
The organiser will providing the space, poster design, store / event promotions and management.
The exhibitors are responsible for submit your brand information on time. Failing to do this might result in absent for promotion and marketing.
The organiser reserve the absolute right to utilise any image(s) for promotion and sales and marketing of the exhibited item(s) or product(s).
If the exhibitors are not able to attend the exhibition, you must notice the organiser 72 hours in advance and get the written permissions. If you want to transfer you space to others, you must notice the organiser 72 hours in advance and it takes 20GBP for each owner transfer.
If exhibitor are self sales, it is the exhibitors’ responsibility to look after your security of goods and staffs. When the exhibitors left in a short time, we could provide sales services , but we do not responsible for the the security of goods. We do not responsible for any damage or lost for self sales exhibitor.
If exhibitor is a commission, the organiser provide to look after your security of goods and staffs. If it is our fault for a damage happened, we could free repair or compensate based on 40% of retail price of damaged items, maximin compensate will be no more than one day rent fee.
Any damage for the Exhibition Venue due to the exhibitor may causes a penalty in any way.
Security
Any items not meeting with the approval of the Organiser (whose decision shall be final) will be removed from the Exhibition by the Exhibitor at the request of the Organiser or by the Organiser. If the Exhibitor shall fail to comply with any such request, the Exhibitor shall pay to the Organiser on demand all costs incurred in connection with the removal, storage and return to the Exhibitor of any items so removed.
The Organiser reserves the right to restrict the display, demonstration or the running of mechanical or other equipment which the Organiser may in its opinion consider to be a nuisance to other Exhibitors, including such equipment as lights, loudspeakers, microphones, amplifiers, musical instruments etc.
All exhibits and display material must be removed from the Exhibition by the Exhibitor immediately the Exhibition officially closes. If the Organiser has to remove an exhibit as a result of an Exhibitor not having complied with this Regulation, the Exhibitor shall pay to the Organiser on demand all costs incurred in connection with such removal and subsequent storage and return to the Exhibitor of any items so removed.
No exhibits may be removed before the termination of the Exhibition.
Exhibitors shall ensure that no apparatus presents a fire or safety hazard.
In accordance with the usual fire and safety regulations, all packing crates and packing materials must be removed from the Exhibition areas prior to the opening of the Exhibition. It is the responsibility of the Exhibitor to see that this is done.
The pitch allocation is at the discretion of the Organiser.
No smoking or electronic cigarettes are permitted at the Exhibition Venue.
The Exhibitor shall not cause or permit any damage to the Exhibition buildings, Exhibition Venue or any part thereof or to any of the fixtures and fittings therein which are not the property of the Exhibitor and shall not alter or interfere with the structure of the Exhibition buildings or Exhibition Venue.
The Exhibitor is responsible for the general health and safety associated with its stand and demonstration.
The Exhibitor shall do nothing to jeopardise the current insurance policies or the licenses of the Landlord or the Organiser, and the Exhibitor shall in all cases comply with any requirements of the Authorities. Exhibitors who do or omit to do anything which renders the Organiser’s or the Landlord’s current insurance policy liable for premium loading are responsible for the extra premium payable. An Exhibitor in breach of any of the provisions of this Regulation shall indemnify the Organiser and Landlord in respect thereof.
Fireproofing: All display materials must be fire-resisting or treated to be fire-resisting to the current and relevant British Standard and must be installed in compliance with the regulations relevant to the Exhibition Venue and Authorities, and to the Organiser’s satisfaction.
Dangerous Substances and Naked Lights: Explosive, radioactive, highly inflammable or other dangerous substances may not be exhibited or brought into the Exhibition, nor may naked lights or lamps be used during the period of the Exhibition or the periods of fitting up and dismantling, without the prior written consent of the Authorities. Under the Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 (COSHH) exhibition stands are considered to be a workplace. Where practicable COSHH regulated products should not be used. When COSHH regulated substances are used, the Exhibitor should ensure that a COSHH assessment has been carried out prior to its attendance at the Exhibition and that the substances are correctly handled, stored, and used to avoid the risk of accident or injury to Exhibitors, demonstrators, visitors or any other person on the premises, and must produce such assessment to the Organiser on demand.
Laser equipment may not be used or exhibited without the prior written consent of the Organiser. This consent is subject to the approval of the Authorities and the Organiser reserves the right to pass on to the Exhibitor any inspection fees charged in connection with this.
