The Purchases Policy

ONLINE ORDER AND RETURN

We offer a return or an exchange within 14 days from the day from ordered date, if you purchase from online store, and you did never see the physical produce before purchased.

Client would need to pay the post fees for both sending and return.

Client should keep products in the original condition.

The refund will be processed within 10 working days after product received correctly.

SHOP ORDER AND RETURN

Unfortunately, there is no return after purchase. We offer an exchange or repair for free within 14 days if there is any quality problem.

DISCOUNTED PRODUCT AND RETURN

For any purchase with a discounted price, there is no return or no exchange, unfortunately.
